plutonium.io Reactor — Terms of Service
Effective date: 10 October 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and plutonium.io (“we”, “us”) governing your use of plutonium.io and the plutonium.io Reactor service (“Reactor”). By creating an account or using Reactor you agree to these Terms. If you use Reactor for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so; “you” then means that organization.
1. The service
Reactor is a hosted, budgeted AI agent service. You can build automated workflows (“loops”) that use AI models to act for you. Depending on how you configure them, loops can:
- run on a schedule or when another system calls them;
- read and index websites and documents you choose;
- publish public pages, including forms that visitors fill in;
- run a chat agent embedded on your own website, which your visitors talk to;
- send email and webhooks;
- use third-party services you connect.
We may add, change, or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service.
2. Accounts
- Access is by invitation. You join a waitlist, and we decide whether and when to create an account. Sign-in is with a Google account.
- You are responsible for your account, for everyone you invite to it, and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us promptly at loren@plutonium.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
- The information you give us must be accurate.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
3. Your loops act on your behalf
What a loop does, it does on your behalf and on your instructions. That is the purpose of the service, so please read this section carefully.
- You are responsible for the loops you build, approve, and publish, and for what they do: the emails they send, the pages and forms they publish, the websites they read, the replies an embedded chat gives your visitors, and the actions they take in services you connect.
- Reactor asks for your approval at defined points, and you can set limits and budgets. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve and for the limits you set. If you configure a loop to act without asking, you accept what it does within that configuration.
- When you publish a page, a form, or an embedded chat, you are the operator of it for your visitors. You must tell them what you need to under the law that applies to you (for example, a privacy notice), have a lawful basis to collect their data, and respond to their requests. We process that data for you as a processor (see our Privacy Policy and our data processing addendum, available on request).
- You must have the right to give a loop the content, credentials, and website addresses you give
it. Reactor’s crawler identifies itself and follows
robots.txt, but you remain responsible for respecting the terms of the sites you ask it to read.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Reactor, or let a loop be used, to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or email people who have not agreed to receive it where consent is required;
- collect sensitive personal data — such as health data, government ID numbers, or payment card numbers — through public pages or chats;
- impersonate any person or organization, or mislead people about who they are dealing with, including hiding that they are talking to an AI where the law requires disclosure;
- phish, collect credentials, distribute malware, or attack or probe any system without permission, including ours;
- evade our rate limits, budgets, or security controls, or crawl sites in breach of their access rules;
- generate content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses anyone;
- resell or provide Reactor to third parties as a standalone service without our written permission;
- violate the usage policies of the AI model providers we route to.
We may suspend a loop, a page, or an account that we reasonably believe breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
5. Prepaid credit and payments
- Reactor is prepaid, in US dollars. There are no subscription plans. Adding money by card opens soon. Until then, we add credit to your account.
- Usage is metered and drawn from your wallet, including AI model tokens, loop runs, tool calls, deliveries such as emails and webhooks, website crawling, page rendering, and search and indexing. Current rates are shown on our Pricing page and in the app. We may change rates with 30 days’ notice; a change does not affect usage already incurred.
- Budgets. Work stops or is refused when your wallet, or a limit you set, cannot cover it. Because some work is priced only after it completes, a final charge can differ slightly from an estimate.
- Starter credit. New accounts receive a one-time starter credit of $5.00. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded, and does not expire. We may change or end the starter credit offer for new accounts at any time.
- Refunds. Credit you buy is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we decide otherwise at our discretion. When your account closes, we refund unused credit you paid for, on request.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes.
- When card payments open, Stripe will process them under Stripe’s terms, and we will not store your card details.
6. Your content
- You keep all rights in the content you put into Reactor and in the output your loops produce for you, to the extent any rights exist in it.
- You give us the permission we need to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and secure the service, including sending it to the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we ask the model providers we route to not to collect it or train on it.
- You confirm you have the rights needed to give us that content.
7. AI output
Reactor’s output is produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate, even when it sounds confident. It is not professional (legal, medical, financial, or other) advice. You are responsible for checking output before relying on it or letting a loop act on it, and for how your visitors are told they are talking to an AI. Similar requests may produce different output, and other users may receive output similar to yours.
8. Third-party services
Reactor works with services we do not control: Google for sign-in, AI model providers through OpenRouter, Stripe for payments once card payments open, and any service you connect to a loop. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and a change on their side may change what Reactor can do.
9. Availability and no warranty
We work to keep Reactor running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We may perform maintenance and may change rate limits to protect the service. To the fullest extent the law allows, Reactor is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
- we are not liable for the actions a loop takes on your instructions or approval, or for AI output;
- our total liability for all claims relating to Reactor is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.00.
Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your loops and what they do, your pages and embedded chats, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using Reactor at any time and ask us to close your account at loren@plutonium.io.
- We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates a security or legal risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.
- When an account closes, loops stop, published pages and embedded chats stop working, and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 3, 5 (refunds), 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, except where your local consumer law gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Reactor after that date means you accept the change.
15. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and our data processing addendum are the whole agreement between us about Reactor. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
